The delivery method is selected by the customer during checkout.

3. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates and may depend on external factors.

Typical delivery times:

  • Latvia: 1–3 business days

  • Lithuania and Estonia: 2–4 business days

  • International shipments: depending on destination country

Delivery times may be extended during holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout and depend on:

  • selected delivery method

  • parcel size and weight

  • delivery country

All costs are displayed before order confirmation.

5. Order processing

Orders are processed on business days.

After payment confirmation, the order is handed over to the delivery service as soon as possible.

6. Delivery responsibility

Once the goods are handed over to the delivery service, responsibility for delivery is transferred to the respective logistics provider.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other external factors.

7. Incorrect delivery address

The customer is responsible for providing a correct delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or loss of parcels due to incorrect address details.

8. Damaged or lost shipments

If your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist in initiating an investigation with the delivery provider.

9. Undelivered orders

If your order has not been received within the time specified by the carrier, please contact us or the delivery service directly.

10. Changes to delivery terms

We reserve the right to modify delivery terms without prior notice.
