The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason, in accordance with European Union legislation.

2. Start of withdrawal period

The withdrawal period begins from the day the customer or a third party indicated by the customer (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

3. Return conditions

Goods may be returned under the following conditions:

  • the item has not been used

  • the item is in its original condition

  • original packaging is preserved (if applicable)

  • the item is not damaged

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse the return if the item has been used or damaged.

5. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will inform you of the decision.

6. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

7. Damaged or incorrect goods

8. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may not apply to:

  • goods that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • goods that have lost their original condition due to the customer

  • abuse of return rights

  • repeated unjustified returns
