4. Delivery

Delivery is carried out via third-party services (e.g. Omniva, DPD, etc.).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery providers.

The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the delivery service.

5. Returns and cancellations

Customers have the right to return goods in accordance with EU legislation (including the 14-day withdrawal right, where applicable).

Returns are accepted only if the goods are unused and in original condition and packaging.
