Distance Sales Agreement

The seller of goods offered in this online store — SIA CARPHUNTER, registration No. 40203733515, VAT No. LV40203733515, legal address: Rēzekne, Maskavas iela 1-13, LV-4604, phone: +371 22 477 077, email: [email protected], website: www.carphunter.lv, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, on the one hand, and the person placing an order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, enter into the following agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer’s order.

Ordering, Delivery and Payment Procedure

The Buyer places an order through this website by specifying the type and quantity of goods. The Buyer may pay using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying an invoice prepared by the Seller and sent via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature.

The Seller ensures delivery of goods within 3–7 days after receiving payment, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the goods by notifying the Seller in writing. The Seller provides a withdrawal form upon request via email.

The Buyer must return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal notice. All return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • the goods cannot be returned due to their nature or are perishable;
  • the goods were made to the Buyer’s individual order;
  • the packaging of audio, video, or software products has been opened.

According to Latvian law, the Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to refuse withdrawal or deduct compensation if the goods are damaged, improperly used, or missing original packaging.

Data Processing

By entering the required information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their data will be used for order processing and delivery in accordance with legal requirements.

The Buyer agrees to receive order-related notifications via the provided email.
